INSTALLATION SUPPORT

CODE 01: If you cancel during installation, you will receive the message: 'The Install wizard did not complete the installation successfully'. This will let you know that the installation didn't complete. At anytime, you can re-install, which will overwrite the installation files.

CODE 02: If you choose an installation drive or folder that the operating system cannot create, you will receive the message: 'Invalid directory'. To resolve, please select a drive/folder that is valid within the file directory.

CODE 03: If you choose a file location that doesn't exist, look at the space available; if you see 'Available disk space: 0 Mb', you will need to choose a disk location that has at least 8 Mb file space.

NOTE: The installation will install an icon on the desktop to launch Jinga AI development studio.


UNINSTALL SUPPORT

CODE 04: If you decide to uninstall the application, you can follow these steps below:

1. Goto Control Panel.
2. Select Programs->Uninstall a program.
3. Choose "Jinga AI".
4. Select Uninstall.
